Monitoring and Reporting

Markpoint Venture Partners actively assists the management teams of our portfolio companies with strategic planning, new financings, executive recruitment, acquisitions and divestitures. Markpoint's principals have been extensively involved with these activities throughout their careers. In most cases, either a Markpoint representative or one of our co-investment partners will directly serve on the Board of Directors of each portfolio company.

Our investors recognize that Markpoint's frequent interaction with these management teams not only helps our portfolio companies develop more quickly, but that this hands-on involvement also allows Markpoint to provide our fund investors with more timely and insightful reporting. To this end, Markpoint issues our investors quarterly account statements and concise quarterly reports on each of our portfolio holdings.
